Medallion Hunt buttons must have been purchased to participate in the medallion hunt.
If you find the medallion PROMPTLY take a picture of you, your button and the medallion at the site and send it to the number on the medallion.

The medallion is hidden right in plain sight. Neither high nor low it's at a rather unchallenging height.
